I used a sketch challenge for this one from Die Cuttin' Diva's and I used the cut from Cricut's Lyrical Letters.
The colors I used came from another challenge by ColorQ of lite blue, teal, grey, soft brown and white.
I started with the blue CS and cut the sentiment with my Cricut three times and stacked them to give it some dimension. From white CS I stamped the diamonds using a set from Fiskars. I used Peacock Feathers, Brushed Corduroy and Hickory Smoke. I masked out the middle so that it wouldn't be so busy behind the die cut. I ran some faux stitches with a brown Sharpie. Using the same ink colors, I blotted some ink on some scrap white - let that dry - then using a hole punch, popped one of each. I then welled some glossy accents on top of each to hand make jewels to match. Using dimensional tape I anchored the whole piece onto the same color CS base to tie it all together.
I would like to add this card to the following challenges if I may.
