Card number two for the evening, using various challenges
for much needed inspiration,
I started with “smooshing” again. This time I used water colors both my opaque set using greens and blues. Let that sit to air dry a bit. Then I pulled out some scraps. I found a piece of mint green card stock that I ran through my machine and a dotted folder. I also found a small piece of mint green and gold dotted paper left over from a project long ago. There was enough to edge the pieces together. I cut the frame to fit the watercolor piece and then stamped the wild grass image. The sentiment is Tim Holtz and I used my gold embossing powder that I just love. Grabbing my ATG, I stuck it all together in layers and tied a white bow for grins. All adhered to a white card base which I’m thinking of changing now that I look at it.

The silhouette looks lovely on your smooshed background. And I love the soft greens.

Beautiful effect with the smooshing and I love the mix of dots in the background and the vellum sentiment.
