Singled in the layer

Creating a single layer card always scares me.  Especially going for CAS as well.  There's no room for error.  You have to cross your fingers and toes that everything lines up and that there are no smudges.  WHEW!.  I'm just too messy and heavy handed I guess.  These were a lesson in patience.  I blocked off the center of ivory card stock and random stamped the flowers from Fiskers in StayzOn brown.  I then filled the petals with a white crayon.  Then using Holtz distressed ink in peeled paint, picked raspberry, peacock feathers and spiced marmalade I blended the colors over the stamper image.  With fingers crossed I removed the tape and stamped the sentiments in gold embossing powder.  Now for a glass of wine to ease the nerves.
If I may, I would like to add these cards into the following challenges:

Simon Says:  Anything Goes
CAS Friday: Thinking of you.
Dragonfly Dreams: Hearts and Flowers

The Card Concept: #49 Color Challenge - Green, Orange, Pink, Yellow. Using CAS

CASunday = Single Layer
Chocolate Coffee and Cards = Anything Goes
CASology = Distress (Distress Inks)
Shopping our Stash = Single Layer
Seize the Birthday = Anything Goes
Penny's Challenge = Anything Goes

Thank you very much

These are both wonderful. They have so much detail and really do not look one layer at all, as they also have such depth. Thanks so much for playing along at CASology this week.
