Birthday PJ's

Hello Everyone,
It's time for another challenge at
The theme for this challenge is
'FINISH THE INSIDE'
Our sponsor for this challenge is

For my card, I'm using the image Priya in her birthday PJ's.  She is just so cute.
I used colored pencils on the image.
I then cut the image out with an oval stitched die from My Favorite Things.
I cut a larger one out of a pale teal cs to frame her.
The printed cs front is from DCWV in a teal and gold mylar in the Violet Leaf pad.  One of my absolute favorites.
This was all attached to the same pale teal cs side fold base.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the birthday sentiment from Recollections and the present is from the same stamp set.  I stamped it with black StazOn and then colored the ribbon with a white gel pen.

I hope you have fun playing along with this challenge and I wish you the best of luck as well.

Happy Yay

It's another sketch challenge at
The twist is to use metallic.
The sketch for this challenge is below.

For my card, I started with the Yay from My Favorite Things.  I had used the negative in another project and this was on my work table.  I have an ink dauber that is loaded with embossing ink and I inked it up with silver embossing powder a couple of times.  I did the same thing with a scrap of white where is inked just the outer edge.   The printed cs if from DCWV.
So now to build.  I cut a piece of dark purple cs with a postage stamp die by Spellbinders. Then I added the white piece with the edged in silver embossing.  Then the printed piece from DCWV.
The sentiment flag is stamped with My Favorite Things with matched silver embossing powder.

Here is the sketch so that you can have fun playing along.
Best of luck
