This card took a couple of different turns before all was said and done.
I started with printed paper by Mambi in that tiled gold.  I cut a circle with two sizes of circles.  I framed the cut circle with a smaller circle in black CS.  I backed that opening with printed acetate from Recollections in gold.  I added a foam backing and filled the circle with black and golds sequins and confetti.
The sentiment is on gold velum that I stamped with a bargain bin stamp in black StazOn and clear embossing powder.
The black dots are just popped with and everyday hole punch out of scrap black CS and then topped with glossy accents.   All of that mounted onto a black CS base.

I would really like to add this card to the following card challenges if I may:

Try Stamping Tuesday Sketch #306

City Crafters - Confetti
Shopping Our Stash - All that is Gold
CASology - Glisten - all that Glistens is Gold
Stamplorations: Cutplorations: Black and Gold

Daisy Chain - Add some Sparkle.
