It's another cookie challenge from If you Give a Crafter a Cookie. The cookie for this challenge is

For my card, I cut the awesome with my Cricut out of lime green cs.  I ran the edging around the outside by hand with a blue marker.  I backed the green cs with blue glitter cs from Simon Says. The sentiment was printed on blue cs and cut into an angled flag.  All of this was added onto the same blue cs base.  I added clear Neuvo drops to the flag and bottom corner.
