Trick or Treat

Hello everyone
I have an amazing challenge for you from
The Crafters Cafe Challenge.

This challenge the theme is Feminine.

For my card, I am using Party Girl, by Polkadoodles.  I used both colored pencils and markers on the image.
I cut the image down and framed it in both lavender and orange cs.  I the added it to a candy corn cs front panel by Recollections.
The sentiment was edged in Shaded Lilac distress ink and added to the side of the image.  I added Neuvo Drops in lime green, orange and clear to the corners and then added a couple of die cut candy corn that I had in my stash forever.
All mounted onto a black side fold cs base.

Wishing Joy

I am please to announce that I have been chosen for the design team at
Scrap From Your Heart. 

This is a monthly challenge and this month the theme is to use DIES !! 

For my card I used the new die and stamp set from My Favorite Things .. JOY.  I also used the circle and frame shaker die from MFT.

I started with white cs and I smudged various distress and oxide inks in Victorian Velvet, Milled Lavender, Shaded Lilac, Seedless Preserves. I then added white acrylic paint splatters on top of the ink.
With the die set I double cut the JOY out of dark purple cs as well as the frame for the shaker. I stacked the letters to give them height on the card.   I then cut the circle in the center of the white inked front panel.  I inserted the shaker piece and added purple and lavender sequin pieces.  I then backed that with a different shade of purple cs.
Using the coordinating stamp set I stamped the sentiment on the same color cs that I used to back the cut circle with Seedless Preserved distress ink and then trimmed it down and cut the flag ends.
I wrapped white satin ribbon around the bottom and scattered some lavender and white sequins .  All of this was added  to a dark purple side fold base.

Fall Fun

Hello! It's time for more fun at the  Brown Sugar Challenge. The theme this month is  Halloween or Fall. The sponsor this month is

For my card, I colored the image from Time For Tea with colored pencils. The leaves and sentiment are from a Time for Tea as well.  The rounded the right corners and then edged it all with Vintage Photo distress ink.  I framed it with black cs and then edged it with tan cs cut with a Martha Steward punch.  I added yellow and white twine to cover the edge.
I backed with with a fun plaid from Recollections and then mounted it all on a kraft side cs base.

For my card, I started with the image Winifred Portrait on white cs and I used both colored pencils and markers on the image.   I  cut the image with a stitched oval die from My Favorite Things and then I edged it with Wild Honey distress ink.  I then added that to the printed paper front by Recollections and added a collection of different buttons to the corners.  I also added Neuvo Drops in orange, green, pink and clear.
All of this onto a orange side fold cs base.

Witchy Pattiepoo

Hello Everyone, this is my design team

For my card, I started with the image and she is colored in all colored pencils with the exception of the accessories and accents which I used Glitter Gel pens by Kaiser that I wish the picture did justice.  They are perfect and the sparkle on the hat, top and skirt is just so cute.  I cut the image down and then edge it with Hickory Smoke distress ink.  I mounted that on a piece of lime green cs to frame it.  I cut a piece of designer Halloween paper from Recollections in purple as well as the embellishment tag from the same pad.  I mounted all of this onto a lime green side fold cs base.  I added lime green Neuvo drops into the corners for accent.

Our sponsor for this round in Lemon Shortbread.

I used colored pencils on the image and then edged it with Vintage Photo distress ink.  I framed the image with gold cs. I then placed it on the front panel of printed paper from Recollections of fall leaves.
I mounted that onto a kraft top fold cs base.
In the corner of the digi I placed a collection of paper flowers in fall colors.

Welcome to another fun challenge at

Through the Purple Haze

the theme this month 

Book Theme

For my card, I started with black cs and using my Cricut and the Disney Happily Ever After cartridge.  I cut the silhouette of Cinderella dancing with her prince.  I blended Distress inks in Broken China and Tumbled Glass and Oxide ink in Broken China. 

I edge the entire piece in Broken China. 

All mounted on a white side fold cs base.
