Hello everyone, it's time for our monthly technique challenge at
This month we are embracing embossing
both wet and dry.

For my design team addition to the fun:
I started with kraft card stock and used a YAY script die from My Favorite Things and cut that on an angle. I then ran it through my machine with a wood grain embossing folder. I then sponged some Vintage Photo distress ink over it to bring out the grain.
With a piece of white scrap I blended Antique Linen, Tumbled Glass and Shaded lilac (seems to be my favorite combo for the past few). I tucked that under the die cut and saved a piece for the tag which is also a stamp set from My Favorite Things. I used Vintage Photo again on the sentiment and then some clear embossing powder to give it some definition. I attached the whole piece to a kraft top fold base with dimension tape and then added clear Nuvo drops to the banner and top corner.
I hope you play along for the fun ...
