Special Day

It's a sketch challenge at

Try Stamping or not On Tuesday.

See sketch below for details

For my card, I started with a stamp set by Simon Says 'Mother' and I used watercolors to color the image and then fussy cut them out.
The white card stock was run through my machine with an embossing folder by Darice. The printed paper is from Recollections.  The sentiment was stamped on pale blue cs scrap with a stamp set from My Favorite Things with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and clear embossing powder and attached with dimensional squares.
All was set, according to sketch, onto a lavender side fold cs base.

Here is the sketch for the challenge.

I hope you have fun playing along in the challenge.

I would like to add this card to the following challenges if I may please::
Crafting Sentiments - Spring
Through the Craft Room Door - ATG
Crafting from the Heart - ATG
QKR Stampede - ATG
Jo's Scrap Shack - ATG
Creative Fingers - ATG
House that Stamps Built - Love/Emboss/Pattern Paper
Mod Squad - Spring Flowers
Crafty Hazelnut - Pattern Paper
Pile it On - Pretty Pink or Blue
As You Like It - Between Birthdays and Christmas - I'd go with Birthdays, so many themes and different weather/seasons to play with - and you can even be belated.  Christmas is fun but it's locked in.

Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Crafting

Dawn
