Hooray

Hello EVERYONE!! It's time for a new challenge at Creative Knockouts. The theme this round is 'For the Girls'.  Our Sponsor for this challenge is Di's Digis

For my card, I am using the image from Di's Digis "Cute Critter Surprise" .  I used both colored pencils and markers on the image.  The 'hooray' was cut from MFTs die and was cut from glitter cs from DCWV.  I trimmed it down and framed it with a blue cs.  The front panel of glitter plaid is also from DCWV.  All placed on a side fold blue cs base.
