Dragon Wishes

It's a new challenge at  Creative Knockouts The theme for this round is  Anything Goes  our sponsor for this round is  SheepSki Designs

For my card, I started with the image 'Morpheus' and I used all colored pencils on the image.  I blended Tumbled Glass Oxide ink around the edge.  The background paper is by DCWV and I wrapped a pink satin bow around the front panel and tied it with a bow. 
Everything was added to a pale blue cs top fold card base.  I added robins egg blue Neuvo Drops at the bow.
