March birthdays falling on St. Paddie's Day ... makes for an awesome day to celebrate.
This is all white card stock - stamping the shamrock from Inkadinkado using Tim Holtz Peeled Paint and then covering in clear embossing powder to make it shine shine shine. On another piece of white card stock I cut the squares using a Fiskars all over punch in a scalloped square. I edged the entire top layer with the same Peeled Paint as well as the stamp (again by Fiskars). I mounted the top layer using foam dimension tape to pull it off of the base layer and tied some string in tan and white.
